According to NCCI, Workers Comp Premiums Went Up for Second Year After several hard years, workers comp premiums went up for the second consecutive year, according to a survey conducted by the National Council on Compensation Insurance. Net written premiums for the US workers comp market increased 9% this past year, or $39.63 billion.
